Oh Snap!!!!! First Post EVA
So what the heck did we do on the first day? I don't even remember, really I don't. It's that short term memory blocking, like when you experience terrible trauma or something. Let's see if these pictures bring up any repressed memories
alrighty then, what do we have here? looks like some kind of board that happens to have the entire visible spectrum reflected back at us with some orange characters arranged in some order. Ah yes that's right this was proceeded by an integration activity in which teams were formed, people were turned into blind robots, commanders, and observers who judge the former two for points that did not matter. what was left over were ideas that may help those who have never participated before have a better chance at success. There was also talk of the applicable insight from the activity that can be used in the remainder of the course.
Dear God, what could this picture mean? Oh right, this is the example problem from the notes on how to tackle problems for the rest of the class. A step by step process where you find what it wants, model it w/ constants and assumptions, simplified version done by hand etc.
Here's the work and problem solving thought process of the group with the intention of having an egg dropped from the height of 12m survive the drop with out breaking. as you can see the prototype has a 100% chance of success.
conceptualized design for the egg drop could we even fail?
ooooh, that was a pretty hard drop. I blame the wind factor for destabilizing, however our group had the greatest proximity to success and with further development our prototype will be used for generations of egg dropping.
